Orlando is on the cover of EK One magazine..

Here's the story behind it:

A few weeks ago we were approached by Sarah, Webmaster of OBF. She had been contacted by the Publishing Director of a new magazine in East Kent, asking if she or anyone she’d know, could contribute an article on Orlando for one of their upcoming issues. She didn’t feel up to the task and passed on the request to O-love. After some thought and some encouragement *g* by my fellow moderators, I decided to give it a go.

I got in touch with the Publisher about the magazine and what he wanted.The article would be about him in general, career, charity, his hometown etc, written by a fan. He was very nice and helpful and encouraged me to just write whatever I felt.
It's a 15.000 issues new lifestyle magazine spread out through East Kent, and this is the third issue.

With the support of Nuit, Luna and Neldorwen –for grammar and feedback-, I ended up writing a five page article. The publisher loved it but the editor said it had to be reduced to three pages and he suggested cutting out the intro and outro and a bit of the filmography so that it would fit.
With pain in my heart I cut the bit which was basically the heart of the story from a fan point of view. (If anyone wants to read that, it is in my Livejournal) Small comfort was that they used one of the pictures I suggested for their front cover :)

So here is the result, at last!
