Well I don't understand her in the beginning (why is it that I always have a problem with females in foreign languages?), but Orlando says, "to love means to know how to forgive", and she answers, "I love you so much, I love you so much"

Yes you're right. They're dubbed for French actors.

I think it's Denis Laustriat for Orlando. (Denis is not very famous as an actor but he makes many dubbing). Not really sure but I think it's him.
