July

About clean water in exotic places, more bikes *falls asleep*, and a buzz cut in Paris.


Mid-July this photo of Orlando emerged - taken in Nepal.


[shallow note] And all the lovely curls were gone! [/shallow note]

Soon it was obvious that Orlando made another trip to this country to help UNICEF in its cause to supply clean water for children and their families.










Same time, on an other planet in a galaxy far, far away continent ...
- a British car dealer's advertize starring Orlando and his new car.




This was obviously taken earlier, according to the uncut hair.


But we always have Paris ... in the latter half of July ...

And finally leaving Paris ...





... to arrive in London by Eurostar.



A sighting of Orlando leaving a London shop ... and us learning to appreciate the new hair cut.

(Because of Orlando pic overload, I had to split this month in two)



August - Part 1

About sisters and other artists, and a past war in the Balkans.



At the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, early August:
Orlando supported his sister Samantha who starred in the play "A Cloud in trousers".






While being in Edinburgh, Orlando also supported Tracey Emin who opened her art exhibition.





He obviously liked what he saw









and generally enjoyed himself.




Soon after Scotland, news of Orlando reached us from a place most of us never thought of ... the Balkans.
Orlando in talks, meeting authorities and scouting location for a movie about the 90's Balkan War, which he's going to co-produce and star. (Yay!!!)

First in Zagreb, Croatia








And later in Sarajevo, Bosnia, where the movie's story takes place



... some drool inducing pictures













Almost like a photo shoot, isn't it?
