After seeing all the wonderfully talented people show their works here I was gobsmacked.
It has also given me some ideas, so here is the first pickings




I thought of this one while listening to Loreena McKennitt's Marrakesh Night Market (the text is a twist of the lyrics). There are things I wish I'd done a bit differently, but I can live with it for now

Fairy- this isn't what I had originally thought of doing with this background (thanks again BTW ), but that wasn't working out, so tried this instead!

The words are Jeff Buckley's New Year's Prayer. It almost sounds like he sings "fall in love". No real connection between the pic and the song (though there is 'chair' mentioned), more an exercise in experimenting

Thanks ladies. Yeah Aniviel, those words had been going around in my head for a few days. I'll have to track the whole lyrics down and see how the rest of them suit the pic, since the large size of a wall will allow room for more lyrics. (thought I had the song but can't find it now)

So I had an idea for a new wall, but it wasn't working out the way I wanted it to. I then thought that I could still use the pics I'd worked on, and ended up with my new siggie *points down*
Will have to do something about a new avi as I like these things to match, and since there's another Avalon on the board now I might just put Avs on it (what I'm usually called on the other board I'm on anyway)

If anybody knows where I can find a pic of Drew like the ones in my new sig (looking straight on, bit of an intense type stare) can you let me know? Then I can finish the wall I was planning on doing!

What an impressive sig Avs. Those faces are just stunning all staring like that. Hope you do find a Drew one eventually to match.

Well, I bit the bullet and I have just finished making the wall anyway- what I had done was looking so good (I thought anyhow). I imagine that as we get closer to Elizabethtown coming out there will be something I can use. Anyhow, until then I have this



I'm quite happy with it, once again nothing flash technically as I just don't have the time to experiment with textures etc. The pic of Joe isn't quite the same as the others (can't see that much below the chin), and I'd have liked to have found a pic of Paris where he wasn't frown quite so much, but I think they will suffice
