September 8, 2006: Orlando Bloom spotted with a friend out shopping, today. Bloom initially stopped by Barney's NY where he spent one hour and a half browsing. He left the store and stopped by JJ Hats nearby where he replaced his cap and wore his new Pork Pie hat out of the store after making a purchase of matching items in different colors.

Just saw Orlando Bloom at Christian Dior, 712 5th Ave. He was trying on clothes with (what looked to be) his stylist. It was at 1pm, September 8th.

have to wonder what his 'stylist' was doing telling him to get them silly matching hats...!? lol very cute!

Someone mentioned he should consult his Mum or Sam before shopping. No offence to the lovely Bloom women...but have you SEEN them in public? He got the only fashion gene in that bunch.

Someone else mentioned that he was in the same shirt from TRL. Never fear, most of your finer hotels have overnight laundry service. The guest either leaves their clothing in a bag with a ticket outside their door or in my hotel's case they call housekeeping and it's delivered fresh as a daisy the next morning.

I'm thrilled that he seems to be so happy lately! Go new hat! I like it! How can you not like a hat he himself rates no less then triple tongue porn?

Aw, thank you for this nice breakfast surprise. From a fashion point of view I really don't like the hat (I don't like ANY hat), but it has entertainment value AND we get boxer peekage, which is priceless

And we definitely learn HOW light he travels: a pair of jeans, a couple of shirts, several watches and his boots. Together with the hat he's ready to go.

You know, I like the Oliver Twist hat much better than this one: it looks like something one of the three stooges would wear. I had a hat like that when I was in high school. It looked exactly the same, I swear, with the bow on the side and everything. I'm sure it's not gonna be his new fashion statement. They probably bought the hats just to be silly. But he looks adorable just the same!
